This past Monday our nation was rocked by another terrorist attack on our own soil. Our thoughts, prayers, and hearts go out to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
Our running group, Stroller Warriors, honored the victims of this terrible attack by wearing race shirts and/or blue and yellow during yesterday’s run. We also made some cards to be sent to the children’s hospitals in Boston for the child victims of the attacks. We hope that our support and love for these families will be felt from across the nation.

Thursday– Lasagna with garlic bread and Andes Mint Mousse Pie for J’s birthday
Friday– BBQ chicken with corn on the cob and potato salad
Saturday– Dinner at my cousin’s house- bread and crockpot spinach artichoke dip
Sunday- Chicken marsala with asparagus and mashed potatoes
Monday- Chorizo and potato quesadillas with refried black beans and a veggie for E
Tuesday- Stuffed chicken breasts with roasted potatoes/sweet potato for E and green beans
Thursday- Rigatoni with meat sauce, peppers, and onions
