On this page you will find weekly meal plans. I post each new meal plan on Wednesdays, with the first meal to start on Thursday.
Each meal has a link the recipe or pin if applicable. Otherwise it is simply a recipe I know off-hand. If you are interested in a recipe that is not listed on the menu, please feel free to email me.
Click here if you would like a blank Word template of my grocery list. The top is categorized by my store’s organization for faster and easier shopping. The bottom has a list of my meals for the week (I keep it on the fridge so I know if I need to prep anything a day/a few hours prior).
