I wish I could offer some yummy recipes with photos this week, but things have been crazy here at home. Check out my next blog post for an update. As for now, I have just listed the meals I used the past two weeks so that you can get some ideas for your menus.

Menu/Meal Plan: August Week 3
Thursday- Beef fajitas with rice
Saturday- Steaks on the grill with french fries/sweet potatoes and grilled corn on the cob
Sunday- Roast chicken with balsamic bell peppers and mashed potatoes
Monday- Pasta with meatsauce
Tuesday- Honey baked chicken with quinoa
Wednesday- Sweet and sour pork tenderloin with roasted potatoes and green beans
Thursday- Breaded chicken with homemade mac n’ cheese and broccoli
Menu/Meal Plan: August Week 4
Last week was surgery week for me (D&C) as well as a slew of work functions for J so our menu got all jumbled. I’m just going to list the items I made for the week below instead of a full menu so you can have some ideas when you’re making your grocery list.
